摘要
目的:观察腹腔海水浸泡对大鼠术后并发症的影响。方法:选取SD大鼠60只,随机分为对照组、生理盐水浸泡组及海水浸泡组,每组20只,观察术后伤口感染、腹腔脓肿、肠梗阻、死亡等并发症的情况。结果:对照组与生理盐水浸泡组间伤口感染、腹腔脓肿、肠梗阻及死亡发生率间均无显著差异(P>0.05),而海水浸泡组发生率均显著高于以上两组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔海水浸泡可以引起机体腹腔脓肿、伤口感染、肠粘连发生率升高,造成死亡率增高。
Objective To observe the effect of seawater immersion on open celiac wound in rats. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided egually into control, physiological saline immersion and seawater immersion groups.The incidences of wound infection, celiac abscess, intestinal adhesions and mortality were observed. Results No significant differences in the incidences of wound infection, celiac abscess, intestinal adhesions and mortality between the control group and physiological saline immersion group were found ( P >0.05). However these incidences in the seawater immersion group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups ( P < 0.05). Conclusion The immersion of the open celiac wound in the seawater can increase the incidences of celiac abscess, wound infection and intestinal adhesions, thus increase the mortality in the rats with open celiac wound.
