摘要
十六大报告指出 :“‘三个代表’重要思想 ,是在科学判断党的历史方位的基础上提出来的。”这是党的第三代中央领导集体对党历史方位改变的自觉意识 ,是深刻总结党的历史经验而得出的科学结论。第一代领导集体由于对这一问题缺乏科学认识而导致建设严重受挫。“三个代表”是对执政党理论的重大创新 ,对解放思想。
The 16 th Party Congress points out that the important “Three Represents T heory” is put forward on the basis of the scientific judgment of the Party's hi storical direction. The theory is the crystallization of the self-conscious thir d generation leaders and the accumulation of the historical experiences. It is a n important theoretical creation of the ruling party and sets an even higher dem and so as to emancipate the mind and keep up with the times.
