摘要
新时期高校德育工作 ,应围绕人才培养所面临的重大问题 ,确立以人为本的思想 ,即服务、主体、尊重、爱心 ;素质教育的思想 ,其核心是德育 ;人文教育思想 ,人文素质是一切素质的基础素质 ;个性教育的思想 。
Moral work at universities and colleges in the new period should be centered round important issues facing the cultivation of students.Human based thinking should be established,i.e. service,subjectivity,respect,caring,etc.With regard to human based education ideas,quality of humanity is the core of all qualities.The relationship between individual development and all round development should be correctly handled.
