摘要 目的探讨高校人群心脑血管疾病防治措施。方法应用全人群与高危人群相结合的防治策略,以我校全体教职工为干预对象,35岁以上人群为重点防治人群,采取有针对性的一级、二级、三级预防措施。举办健康教育讲座,发放健康教育资料,开设高血压专科门诊等多种形式的综合干预方式。结果使干预对象增加了心脑血管病的防治知识,改变不良生活方式,患者饮酒率、吸烟率下降。降压、降脂等治疗全面控制心脑血管疾病的危险因素,血压、甘油三酯明显下降(P<0·01)。结论减少了教职工心脑血管疾病发病的危险因素,降低心脑血管疾病的发病率和死亡率。 Objective Research the methods of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease precaution and cure among the crowd in higher university. Methods Taking the precaution tactics with the combination of all crowd and highly riskly crowd, Taking faculty as the interfered objects, and the people aged more than 35 as stressly prophylactic crowd, and taking contraposing prophylactics of band one. band two and band three. many forms of comprehensive interfering methods has been hold, which includes giving lecture on healthy education, distributing datum of healthy education and setting up hypertension. Results Clinic will add the interfered objects’knowledge of the precaution and change bad lifestyles, The rate of drinking and smoking about the patient is declining. Decreasing blood pressure level fully control the risk factors of cardiovaslular and cerebrovaseular disease, the blood pressure and triglycerides are obviously dedining. Conclusions The methods have reduced the risky factors of the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, and it also decreased the rate of being illness and the rate of death about cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease among the crowd in university.
