摘要
肾上腺是肺癌最常见的转移部位之一,但是非小细胞肺癌孤立肾上腺转移仍属罕见。尽管近年来文献中关于非小细胞肺癌孤立肾上腺转移切除术后长期生存的报告并不少见,但目前对于手术治疗的应用仍有较多争议。本文综述非小细胞肺癌孤立肾上腺转移的发病情况、发生机制、诊断方法、研究结果、手术指征、手术方式及综合治疗等。
The adrenal gland is one of the most common sites of metastases from lung cancer, however, isolated adrenal metastasis is rare from non-small-cell lung cancer. Recently, there are several reports that resection of isolated adrenal metastases from non-small-cell lung cancer may improve survival and occasionally 5-year-surviv-al can be achieved, but the value of surgical treatment remains controversial. To clarify the role of adrenalecto-my for metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer, we undertook a review of the published literature on this topic.
