摘要
目的探讨E-cad在胃癌中的表达与胃癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法),对上皮-钙粘附素(E-cad)在38例胃癌组织及正常胃组织中的表达情况进行了检测。结果E-cad在所有正常胃粘膜上皮组织中均见表达;而在胃癌组织中,E-cad的表达则呈现不同程度的改变,包括保留表达、异质性表达,消失表达;且与胃癌的大体类型、分化程度、生长方式、癌的侵袭深度,以及淋巴结是否转移等存在着相关性。结论E-cad在胃癌中的表达减弱,与胃癌侵袭转移密切相关。
Objective To determine the relationship of E-cad expression in gastric carcinoma with gastric carcinoma behaviour.Methods Streptacidin/peroxidase(SP)technique was used to examine the expression of E-cad in 38 cases of gastric carcinoma and normal gastric tissue.Results E-cad expressed in all normal gastric tissue;expression of E-cad showed positive,heterogeneous and negative type in gastric carcinoma,it related with the gross type,growth type,invasive depth,and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma.Conclusion Down-expression of E-cad in gastric carcinoma significantly related with invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
