铝电解惰性阳极近十年的发展状况 被引量:3

Advance in inert anode for aluminum electrolysis

摘要 概述了近十年来4种铝电解惰性阳极的最新进展,评述了各自的优点和存在的问题,以及面临的挑战和应用前景。其中金属陶瓷、金属合金和梯度材料是当前研究的重点。它们的原理都是利用金属改善阳极的导电导热性、抗热震性和可加工性;陶瓷或在阳极表面形成陶瓷以抵抗熔融冰晶石的腐蚀。 In this paper, the new advance of inert anode in the past ten years is reviewed. The problems and challenges of four kinds of inert anode and their future application are described. The cermets, alloys and functional grade materials (FGMs) are focus of researches currently. They have the same principium: the metal phase can prove the electric and thermal conduction, shock-resistance and fabrication properties of the anode; ceramic phase or ceramic phase formed at the surface of anode can prove the corrosion-resistance of anode in cryolite melts.
