摘要
通过对7055铝合金棒材浇铸前作超声处理,研究了超声作用对其显微组织和力学性能的影 响。研究结果表明:超声波在熔体中产生空化作用,对7055铝合金熔体作超声处理能细化晶粒, 提高强度,并能大幅度提高其塑性。
Utilizing ultrasonic vibration on the 7055 aluminum alloy melt and generate cavitati on in the melt before casting. The influences of ultrasonic treatment On the microstructure and mechanic property of 7055 aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that casting after ultrasonic treatment can obtain finer grain with homogeneous microstructure and higher strength meanwhile acquire strongly improved plasticity of the alloy.
