摘要
在工业生产线上,一般运用人工方法识别零件钢印号码。这种识别方法既费工时、又易出错。故本文系统地提出了运用图像预处理来处理零件钢印号码,经过实验证明,运用这些方法能保证经过处理后的零件图像易于识别,为后续的识别工作奠定了基础。
Usually,the steel seal number of workpieces is identified manually on the industry product line.However,this method is inefficient and fallibility.So author use technique which include image preprocess to solve the problem.Experiment shows that this technique make steel seal number easy to recognition.So a vast vistas is opened for recognition of workpieces in the transfer line.
