摘要
铁路大中型建设项目在审批立项之前 ,都必须进行预可行性研究。铁路建设项目的线路设计方案 ,在预可行性研究阶段属于宏观决策问题 ,其主要内容涉及到铁路等级、主要技术标准、线路走向与接轨方案、综合能力配套及环境保护等重大问题。本文详述了上述主要内容 ,通过案例加以论证 。
The pre feasibility study must be put forward before the appraisal and the establishment of the large scale and middle scale railway construction projects. The line design schemes for the railway construction projects are the centralized decision problems in the pre feasibility study step. The main contents of these important problems are the railway classification, main technical standards, line routing and connecting scheme with existing lines, comprehensive cooperation of capacities, environmental protection, etc. The paper describes the above main contents in detail, gives demonstration through practical examples, and expounds its necessities.
