摘要
分析了地铁工程造价现状及造价控制的一般原则 ,重点以项目建设流程分阶段工程造价控制进行论述 ,结合技术、经济等多种方法 。
The current situation of subway engineering cost and the general principles for controlling the engineering cost are analyzed. The control of sectional engineering costs according to the constructing procedure of the project are discussed emphatically.Combined with the technical,economic and other methods, the reasonable determination and control of engineering cost for urban rapid rail transit are analyzed synthetically also in this paper.
