摘要
光电对抗装备现已大量装备各国的陆、海、空三军,成为军事装备现代化的一个重要标志.为了提高光电对抗装备的研制水平,使其能在作战中发挥出卓越的效能,迫切需要建立光电对抗装备效能评估体系.从效能和效能评估的定义出发,论述了效能评估的特点和效能评估的要素.讨论了装备效能评估过程和体系,并由此引出了光电对抗装备效能评估体系的框架.
The Electro-optical Countermeasures and Equipments (EOCE) have been used in many countries' army,navy and air Force.It becomes a very important symbol of modern military,affairs.For the purpose of improving the EOCE's performance and effectiveness,an EOCE's effectiveness evaluation system is needed to establish.The definition of effectiveness and effectiveness evaluation are given in this paper.The features and elements of effectiveness evaluation are elaborated.Then the effectiveness evaluation system and evaluation procedure are discussed.Finally,the framework ofEOCE's effectiveness evaluation system is proposed.
