摘要
在航天、航空的高精度光学产品中,常常由于恶劣的环境条件造成透镜的炸裂。为达到既要保证成像质量又要防止透镜的炸裂的目的,在光学装配中应用了车削定心技术.介绍了中心偏测量仪的工作原理及中心偏的计算方法,详叙了车削定心技术的应用方法和误差来源分析.
For high-precision optics of aerospace and aviation,adverse environment conditions always cause the lens to break.In order to ensure the image quality and prevent the lens from breaking,metal-turning centering technology is introduced in optics assembly.In this paper,operation principle of off-centering measurement instrument and calculation method of off-centering are presented.Metal-turning centering technology application method and error source analysis are described in detail in the end.
