摘要
介绍了中心液压能源对控制系统的要求,分析了用PL C实现主、辅控制功能的工作原理。该系统可以通过PL C自主实现运行状态的监测与控制,构成现场监控子系统,还可通过远程通讯上送其它实验台实现远程监控。PL C的应用大大提高系统的可靠性、灵活性和经济性。
The new requirements for control unit of hydraulic system are analyzed. As a suitable technical tool, PLC makes control unit of hydraulic system stride a new height and width. By means of analysis of software, hardware and system function, the application of PLC in control unit of hydraulic system are recounted.
