摘要
介绍了真空冷冻干燥设备的结构及控制原理 ,着重阐述了模糊控制在冷冻干燥设备中的应用及其单片机控制系统的构成 ,实现了对冷冻干燥过程工艺参数的合理控制 。
This paper not only introduces the structure of vacuum freeze drying equipment for food ,but also reports its control,especially the fuzzy control for temprature.These improvements can rationally control the technological parameter and ensure high product quality.
