Methodological Choice in Organizational Culture Study

摘要组织文化自从 80年代被管理理论界和实务界广泛推崇以来 ,在国内已逾二十年的历史。然而当学者们在对组织文化的一些学说广为介绍的同时 ,却较少关注组织文化研究方法的深入探讨。本文以国际上组织文化研究通行方法的介绍为背景 ,结合我国部分学者的研究成果。 Organizational Culture (OC) has been prevailling for more than 20 years in China. However, less attention is paid to the research methodology on OC study except for its far and wide introductions. In conjunction with the introduction of internationally used research methods on OC study and the research results of some of our scholars, this paper discusses mainly the proper methodology-orientation of OC study.
