摘要
对当前物流能力的概念及其构成进行了综合分析,从供应链整体绩效的角度对企业物流能力进行了重新界定。从运作能力和潜在附加增值能力两个方面构建了物流能力的三层指标体系。运用模糊数学和层次分析方法,构建了物流能力的多阶模糊综合分析模型。通过由底向上对物流能力要素、能力子项和能力层面进行逐层量化分析,最后确定企业的物流能力指数。对照供应链绩效对物流能力的要求和标杆企业的物流能力表现,反向追溯物流能力的分析模型,找出企业物流能力的优劣所在,为物流能力的改善和提高提供方向。算例说明了物流能力分析的过程和实际价值。
The enterprise logistics capability from the view of supply chain performance is reviewed.The three-layer index system of enterprise's logistics capability based on supply chain performance is established from two aspects: logistics operation capability and potential value-added logistics capability.Using fuzzy mathematics and hierarchy process analytical methods,multistage fuzzy analytical model is built.After analyzing enterprise's logistics capability quantitatively from bottom indexes to the topmost,enterprise's logistics capability index can be ascertained.According to the needs of supply chain and compared with the benchmark enterprise,the advantage and disadvantage of enterprise's logistics capability can be found by tracing backward to the fuzzy analytical model,which direct the logistics capability to be optimization.The analysis procedure and its application value are explained via a case study.
