摘要
研究香鳞毛蕨擦剂对鼠尾鳞片表皮模型颗粒层形成的影响以及对兔耳痤疮模型的作用.香鳞毛蕨擦剂每日给药2次,连续15d后,取鼠尾表皮,石蜡包埋,切片,HE染色.光学显微镜下观察有颗粒层的鳞片数.三氯乙酸涂抹兔耳管开口处,建立兔耳痤疮模型,肉眼观察香鳞毛蕨擦剂对此模型的影响.香鳞毛蕨擦剂可促进鼠尾鳞片表皮模型颗粒层形成,可改善三氯乙酸所致兔耳痤疮模型的表面症状.香鳞毛蕨擦剂可通过促进表皮颗粒层的形成而对银屑病起一定的治疗作用.
Objective To study the effect of dryopteris fragrans liniment on granular layer formation of rattail scaled epidermis model, and observe the effect of dryopteris fragrans liniment to rabbit ear acne model. Methods Apply Dryopteris fragrans liniment to rattail twice a day. After 15 days, take rattail epidermis and imbedded by paraffin, slice and HE staining. Observe section through optical microscope and count the number of granulation scales. Make rabbit ear acne model by trichloroacetic acid; observe the effect of dryopteris fragrans liniment to rabbit ear acne model. Results Dryopteris fragrans liniment can promote the granulations formation of rattail scaled epidermis model and improve symptoms of rabbit ear acne model. Conclusion Dryopteris fragrans liniment can improve the symptoms of psoriasis by promoting the formation of scaled epidermis granulation and also can improve the symptoms of acne.
