摘要
目的 考察PVC输液管是否存在对TN吸附作用。方法 采用 3种输液与替硝唑葡萄糖注射液混合后模拟临床静脉滴注 ,流经PVC输液管道 ,并在不同的时间段收集流出的液体 ,用紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果 测定数据经t检验无显著性差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。结论 国产PVC输液管对TN无吸附作用 ,替硝唑葡萄糖注射液在 3种输液中 2 4h内稳定 ,可以混合后静滴。
Objective To evaluate the adsorption of Tinidazole in PVC perfusion tube Method Tinidazole was determined by UV( λ max 316 nm)and the pH was determined with a pH meter Result The results showed that there was no adsorption in PVC perfusion tube There was no significant change in appearance, pH and content of Tinidazole for 24 hours Conclusion Tinidazole in 50 g/L Glucose Injection, 9 g/L Natrii Chloride Injection and Glucose and Natrii Chloride Injection can be used for 24 hours
