30例应用CDV方案化疗的晚期神经母细胞瘤患儿的护理 被引量：4

Nursing of the thirty children with advanced neuroblastoma treated by cyclophosphamide, daunorubicin and vincristine (CDV)

摘要 目的 研究CDV方案治疗晚期神经母细胞瘤的毒副作用及护理特点.方法 选择2001年3月-2005年3月在我院进行CDV方案化疗的神经母细胞瘤患儿30例资料进行回顾性分析和总结.结果 通过积极科学的护理方法,认真细致的护理观察,能够有效减少胃肠道反应、肝功损害、出血性膀胱炎等副反应的发生,提高存活率.结论 CDV方案为治疗晚期神经母细胞瘤的有效方法,通过加强护理,可减少其毒副反应的发生,提高其安全性.
