摘要
热处理炉温度的准确测量与控制是保证热处理产品质量的技术关键。为解决某产品热处理炉温度测量控制存在的测量误差大、控制超调量大、调节时间长等问题 ,本文提出了基于多传感器参数估计数据融合和 Fuzzy+PID控制相结合的新型热处理炉温测量控制方法 ,介绍了数据融合算法和Fuzzy+PID控制器的结构。这种测量控制方法提高了热处理炉温度测量与控制的可靠性 ,获得了较好的跟踪能力和控制精度 。
The measuring and controlling system in use for the heat-treatment for a certain product has deficiencies in high errors in measurement, excessive control, and long time response. In view of this a method based on multisensor parameter estimation data fusion and fuzzy+proportional integral differential(PID) control,is proposed applying the algorithm of data fusion and comprising the structure of fuzzy+PID control system. Practical application results shows that the system has the advantages of high reliability, short time response, high control accuracy, and high robustness. It is useful in improving the quality of products after heat-treatment.
