摘要
我国高等教育已经实现由精英教育向大众化教育的转轨,从招生到就业,各个环节都面临激烈的竞争。各高校特别是地方高校必须坚持科学发展观,加快招生与就业联动机制的建立,以就业和社会需求为导向进行高等教育改革,提升学生的实践能力和就业竞争力。
