摘要
健身操是将体操、舞蹈、音乐融合在一起,以健身和健心为目的的一种集娱乐性、观赏性于一体的新兴的体育项目。文章分析了身体成分变化对青年女性的影响,并通过对多名年轻肥胖女性的健身操锻炼测量,发现健身操锻炼能改善肥胖女性的身体形态,降低皮下脂肪含量,增加肌肉比例,并能改善生理、心理领域的健康指数,提高自信心,调节情绪,改善生活质量。
To study the effect of the setting-up exercise on the body composition and quality of life of obese young women,44 obese young women participated in the setting-up exercise for 8 weeks.Their body composition and quality of life were investigated before and after the exercise.The result shows that after 8 weeks' setting-up exercise,their body fat was significantly decreased,weight was lost,and the scores in physiology and psychology were significantly increased.The setting-up exercise is an effective exercis...
