摘要
科学发展观,是马克思主义关于发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现;只有从世界观和方法论的高度来认识和把握科学发展观,才能真正领会科学发展观的精神实质。文章从深刻把握科学发展观的哲学意蕴出发,探讨了科学发展观对教学研究型大学所提出的现实要求,认为贯彻落实好科学发展观,就必须坚持以内涵发展为第一要义,就要"努力实现教育以育人为本、以学生为主体,办学以人才为本、以教师为主体",就要落实"教学科研并重、本科教育与研究生教育并举、各学科门类协调发展"的理念和实行分类管理、分类评价,就要全力抓好人才培养、科学研究、社会服务三大任务的统筹。在此基础上,文章结合浙江工业大学的实际,提出了破解发展难题、实现大学科学发展的若干设想。
