摘要
目的:制备丹皮酚脂质体,并进行质量评价。方法:采用薄膜-超声法制备脂质体;以包封率为考察指标,通过单因素考察和正交设计优选最佳处方和工艺;用鱼精蛋白沉淀法结合高效液相色谱法测定包封率;采用激光散射粒径分析仪测定其粒径大小、分布及Z-电位。结果:制得的丹皮酚脂质体主要为单室脂质体,平均包封率为72.8%,平均粒径为163.8 nm且分布均匀,电位为-38.27 mV。结论:丹皮酚脂质体制备工艺简单可行,所得脂质体包封率较高,粒径较均匀。
