摘要
目的:探讨急性颅脑外伤患者血糖变化与预后的关系。方法:回顾性分析98例急性颅脑外伤患者的临床资料,根据急性颅脑外伤患者血糖的变化分为高血糖组和正常血糖组,采用χ2检验的统计学方法分析血糖变化与急性颅脑外伤患者预后的关系。结果:急性颅脑外伤合并血糖升高组患者的未愈率明显高于正常血糖组(P<0.01)。结论:加强血糖监测有助于了解急性颅脑外伤患者病情的严重程度,同时可以估计患者的预后,指导临床治疗,改善此类患者的预后。
