摘要
介绍了梭式止回阀的结构特点和工作原理,给出了阀的主要结构设计要点,并且详细介绍了一种弹簧设计的快速算法.还根据阀的结构特点提出了应用Pro/Engineer软件作为三维实体建模的工具,并且分析了各零件的主要建模方法.
The structure characteristic and operation principle of the shuttle check valve are introduced in this paper. The main design points of this new type valve are given out. And a kind of fast algorithm on spring design is introduced particularly. According to the structure characteristic of the valve,the software of Pro/Engineer is proposed as a suitable tool of three-dimensional entity modeling for this valve. The each machine parts of the valve are analyzed and are modeled.
