摘要
分析了输送带跑偏的特征、原因及引起跑偏的多种因素,对纠偏方法及跑偏后的调整作了探讨,对带式输送机的普通托辊、调心托辊、托辊架、导料槽等的结构提出了改进措施。
This paper analyses characteristic,reason and multiple elements of conveying belt centring, discusses on adjustment way of rectifying a deviation and puts forward the improving measures of common roller,self-aligning roller,roller frame,material-leading trough of belt conveyor to avoid belt offset.
