摘要
肉汤常量稀释法确定粪鬼伞粗提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、埃希氏大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌5种受试菌进行体外抑菌试验,测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC),并选取EAC、HepA和S180肿瘤细胞进行体外抑瘤实验。结果表明,除对白色念珠菌没有抑制作用外,粪鬼伞粗提物对受试细菌均有不同程度的抑菌效果,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、埃希氏大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的MIC分别为32mg·mL-1、16mg·mL-1、16mg·mL-1、32mg·mL-1。粪鬼伞粗提物对EAC、HepA和S180肿瘤细胞均有明显的抑制作用,抑制率均在50%以上。
Aqueous extracts, isolated from the mycelium of liquid-cultured Coprinus sterqulinus Fr., were selected to investigate the antibacterial activity against 5 species of pathogenic and non-pathogenic microorganisms, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Ktebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans. The antibacterial activity of Coprinus sterqulinus Fr. extracts was measured in terms of the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) . The MIC of aqueous extracts against S. aureus, K. pneumoniae, E. coli, P. aeruginosa were 32 mg·mL-1, 16 mg·mL-1, 16 mg·mL-1, 32 mg·mL-1. However it did not exhibit antibacterial activity against C. albicans. Aqueous extracts of Coprinus sterqulinus Fr. showed better toxic effect on EAC, HepA and S180 cells, with the suppression ratio being higher than 50% for all these cell lines.
