摘要
以乙酸乙酯作为水玻璃粘结剂固化剂,通过选择表面活性剂解决水玻璃与乙酸乙酯的相容性问题,测定水玻璃凝固时间与乙酸乙酯浓度、温度的关系,利用XRD对产物进行了分析.结果表明,乙酸乙酯、平平加、水的最佳质量配比为10:2:10;温度较低时,水玻璃的凝固速度主要取决于乙酸乙酯的水解速度;机理推导得其在一定温度下反应与时间呈一元直线方程关系.
Using ethyl acetate as water glass,binder and curing agent,the compatibility between water glass and ethyl acetate has been solved by choosing surfactant.We can test the relationship between the density and temperature of ethyl acetate and clotting time in XRD analysis of its outcome.The result shows that the best rate should be: ethyl acetate,AEO is to water as 10,2 is to 10.Under low temperature,the clotting speed of water glass depends on the hydrolysing speed of ethyl acetate.We can infer it has one dollar a straight line equation relationship with time under certain temperature.
