摘要
在高职院校深入进行课改的大背景下,文秘专业的课程改革也势在必行。评估实训质量优劣的三个总原则是:实训教学要有利于培养学生的能力,有利于以学生为主体且有利于培养学生的创新意识。文秘专业实训的特点体现在四个方面:内容涉及面广,但琐碎;形式多样;设备庞杂、品种繁多;学生学技能易,灵活运用难。文秘实训质量的评估指标就要紧紧围绕上述特点,依据实训质量评估的总原则来设计。
