摘要
金融是经济领域中最为敏感的领域,在经济全球化趋势的条件下,我国金融领域正面临前所未有的竞争,风险和不稳定性因素加剧。金融不仅是国家的经济命脉,还是我国竞争力较弱的产业,因此,在扩大开放的同时,必须予以必要的扶植和保护。借助WTO各项协定的原则和条款,制定有利于我国金融发展的对策和相应法规,使我国的金融业发展在适应经济全球化的同时,合理规避风险,健康有序发展。
