摘要
女大学生就业难问题的出现,是因为用人单位对录用女大学生的预期成本高于预期收益所致。通过对我国现行生育补助制度的创新,对用人单位和女大学生进行合理的必要的补偿,将会在一定程度上推进两性间的公平就业。
The employer's expected cost exceeding expected return causes the problem about female collage students'employment. Through the creation to our country's current subsidy system to giving birth and breasting child ,giving the employer and student a reasonable and necessary compensation ,will push forword the fair employment between the two sexs on a certain degree .
