摘要
通过分析高校实施ISO90012000质量管理体系的必要性和可能性,识别高校的顾客和产品,对教学服务工作进行策划,控制教学服务过程,对教学服务工作质量进行测量分析和改进,提高教学服务工作质量,满足顾客要求。
Passing to analyze the necessity and possibility of the institutions of higher learning practicing the ISO9001:2000 quantity management system,identifying the customer and product of the institutions of higher learning,then rowing the work of the raching service,control the process of the teaching service,and analyzing and improving the work quantity,satisfying customer’s request.
