摘要
目的探讨内镜下高频电凝切除术治疗小儿结肠息肉的临床疗效和安全性,及并发症的防治。方法回顾分析采用内镜下高频电凝切除术治疗的164例患儿的临床资料,并与成人组对比。结果164例患儿的188枚结肠息肉经内镜下全部成功切除,2例术后少量渗血,经保守治疗后缓解,与成人组对比,其并发症发生率无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频电凝切除术是治疗小儿结肠息肉安全可靠的方法。
Objective To investigate the treatment of colic polyps in children by endoscopic high-frequency electroresection and to evaluate its safety.Methods To review 164 children with colic polyps who were treated with endoscopic high-frequency electroresection.Results 164 cases with 188 colic polyps were all resected successfully by endoscopic high-frequency electroresection.2 cases had the result of mild stasis and stasis was stopped by conservation treatment.Compared with adult group,the complication of children’s group is not statistically significant(P>0.05) Conclusion Endoscopic high-frequency electroresection is a safe and reliable method to resect colic polyps in children.
