摘要
在炼油厂改造规划设计中,着手全厂节能优化,效果更显著。在分析炼油厂改造和用能特点的基础上,从全厂能源管理考虑,进行全厂综合分析,优化节能措施。首先,改进或优化工艺过程,降低工艺总用能;其次,在全厂范围内安排优化匹配能量回收,实现装置间的热进料和热出料、热联合,然后进行低温热全厂利用;再进行蒸汽动力系统优化,降低蒸汽耗能。同时,采用高效节能设备提高能量转换效率和加强工艺能量回收也是节能的重点。加强可研中节能评价和管理,将节能降耗和资源的有效利用落实到规划设计的每个环节,使炼油厂改造后达到本质节能的要求。
