摘要
SBS乳化改性沥青因其优良的渗透性、抗疲劳性和防水性已得到广泛的应用,但是为了解决SBS与沥青相容性的问题,需要制备性能良好的SBS乳液。选择了三种阳离子乳化剂以及非离子和阴离子乳化剂,按不同的比例分别考察了阳离子乳化剂与非离子、阴离子乳化剂复配时对SBS的乳化效果,同时也和阳离子乳化剂单独使用时的乳化效果进行了对比。试验结果表明:单一的阳离子乳化剂对SBS的乳化效果不如复配乳化剂得到的效果好;阳离子、非离子、阴离子三种类型的乳化剂按质量比为3:1:1复配时对SBS乳化效果最好,但其对乳液的稳定性贡献不大,在此基础上加入一定量的稳定剂,可以制备出性能优良的SBS乳液。
