摘要
以水杨醛为初始原料,通过羟甲基化、与邻苯二胺成环、氯甲基化、Gabriel反应制备了2-(5-氨甲基-2-羟基苯基)苯并咪唑,用核磁、红外对中间产物及目标产物进行了结构表征,并研究了各中间产物及目标产物的荧光性质,结果表明目标产物具有较高的荧光量子收率和较大的斯托克斯位移.
2-(5-aminomethyl-2-hydroxyphenyl) benzimidazole was synthesized with salicylaldehyde as the raw materials,through hydroxymethylation、cyclization、chloromethylation and Gabriel reaction.The molecular structures of the intermediates and the target compounds were confirmed by 1H-NMR and IR.Fluorescence properties of intermediate products and target compound was researched.The results indicated that the target compound had high fluorescence quantum yield and large Stokes shift.
