摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定生脉袋泡茶中五味子醇甲的含量。方法用C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35),流速1mL·min-1,检测波长250nm。结果五味子醇甲0.0834～0.4168μg与峰面积的线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.56%,RSD=1.85%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、快速,可用于产品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for determination of Schisandrin in Shengmai Daipaocha.METHODS The column was Diamonsil C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm),methanol-water(65∶35) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min -1 and the detection wavelength was set at 250 nm.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship for Schisandrin within the range of 0.0834-0.4168 μg.The average recovery rate was 98.56% and RSD was 1.85% (n = 6).CONCLUSION The method is simple,quick and can be used to control the quality of the ...
