摘要
在网络环境下高校图书馆参考咨询服务工作发生了新的变化,图书馆参考咨询服务工作需要更新观念,加强信息资源建设,积极开展用户培训,采取相应各项措施,提高参考咨询服务工作。
Based on the present situation ,this paper first analyzes the changs of the reference service in the network enviroment, and then proposes some effective measures should be adapted to improving the inference services.
