摘要
针对铝电解槽复杂的非线性强耦合系统的特点,将动态槽况诊断系统、极距在线显示系统和专家系统等模型引入到铝电解槽操作优化决策支持系统中,提出了一种基于C/S模式的四层和三库系统结构。在此基础上开发了铝电解槽操作优化决策支持系统,并在某公司预焙铝电解槽上进行了安装和调试,系统试运行4个月后,结果表明:系统能诊断出堵料、换极质量不好和分子比偏低等槽况,通过系统给出的调整措施最终解决了这些问题,表明集成多个模型能更好地解决铝电解槽多因素耦合求解的难题。
The real-time monitoring system, system of monitoring ACD are introduced into IIDSS for operation and optimization of aluminium reduction cells in view of nonlinear, close coupling features of aluminium reduction cells.
