摘要
驾驶人队伍整体素质的高低左右着事故预防的全局。预防交通事故应当放在对交通参与者,特别是驾驶人的管理上。因此,全面提高驾驶人素质,是预防交通事故的治本之策。
The quality of drivers has a great effect on the prevention of traffic accidents.More efforts should be made on the management of the traffic participants especially the drives in the prevention of traffic accidents.Therefore,improving the quality of drivers is the basic measure in preventing traffic accidents.
