摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为表面活性剂,溶剂热合成法制备氧化锌纳米粉,研究了CTAB的添加量对ZnO粉性能的影响,并将制备出的氧化锌粉的光学性能进行了对比研究。结果表明:在乙醇溶剂热反应条件下,低浓度的CTAB有利于棒状氧化锌纳米晶生成,但CTAB浓度过高时,形成了氧化锌六方双锥。随着CTAB浓度增加,氧化锌在紫外区域的反射率逐渐增大。
ZnO nanopowders were synthesized via solvothermal method by using hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as the surfactant, and the effect of CTAB on the morphylogies and optical properties of ZnO nanopowders were investigated. The results showed that lower CTAB concentration is beneficial to ZnO nanorods formation. However, hexagonal bipyramid ZnO was obtained when the CTAB concentration was too high. The reflectivity of the products at UV band increased with the increasing of the CTAB concentration.
