摘要
推行办公自动化是高等学校在信息时代的必然选择。近年来,许多高校陆续进行办公自动化系统建设,不同程度提升了管理水平,但是在建设与推广过程中也存在目标模糊、实施范围不断扩大、后期维护困难等问题。因此高校应从实际出发,选择适应本校特点的办公自动化系统开发模式和管理策略,总体规划、分步实施,经过系统分析、系统设计、试点推广等步骤,有效规避风险,确保高校办公自动化顺利实施。
