摘要
选择炼油工业中5种具有代表性的钢材,采用失重法研究它们在高含硫原油中的耐高温硫腐蚀性能,并对影响材料抗高温硫腐蚀性能的相关因素进行了讨论。试验结果表明,316L和0Cr18Ni9Ti具有较好的抗高温硫腐蚀性能,Cr5Mo,Cr9Mo和5Cr0.5Mo抗高温硫腐蚀性能差,Cr含量对提高材料的抗高温硫腐蚀性能有重要影响。
The high-temperature sulfide corrosion resistance of 5 steels commonly selected for petroleum refining services is studied by weight-loss method,and the relative factors affecting the resistance of materials against high-temperature sulfide corrosion is discussed.The result of the tests show that 316L and 0Cr18Ni9Ti offers a better performance resisting high-temperature sulfide corrosion,while Cr5Mo,Cr9Mo and 5Cr0.5Mo are poor in resisting high-temperature sulfide corrosion.The Cr content has a great impact...
