摘要
在信息化和网络化时代,现代高校图书馆的特征较过去有了很大的变化,体现在办馆模式和存在形式、馆藏文献类型、用户需求、服务内容等诸多方面。与此特征相适应,图书馆馆员应在图书馆专业知识、信息利用、计算机技术、外语能力这五个方面,通过理论教育和岗位培训等途径,不断提高自身素质,增强业务能力。
The age of information and network has brought about a variety of changes to present libraries in its working mode, its existing form, its references category, readers' requirement, service items and other aspects. In response to these changes, librarians are faced with challenges in their speciality knowledge information management ability, computer operation techniques, and foreign language proficiency. Therefore, the paper suggests that librarians improve on their quality and abilities by the means of theory instruction and profession training.
