摘要
本文在考察当前跨国公司在华R &D投资的现状及特征的基础上 ,分析和探讨了跨国公司在华R &D投资动因及其给我国经济社会发展带来的影响 ,并提出了我们应对这一国际经济形势的对策措施。
Based on the study of present situation&characteristic of MNCs'investments in China,this paper disˉcusses the motivity of these investments and their effects on China's economy.Some possible measures are also presented on howto deal with current situation of international economy.
