摘要
黄淮平原上分布着数量巨大的乡村聚落,这些聚落缺少整体规划,通行条件差,土地资源浪费严重。对其进行规划与整治,可以改善农民的居住环境,保护有限的土地资源,具有长远利益和发展战略。规划与整治需要政府决策并得到广大农民的理解与认可。
Aarge number of rural settlements are distributed over Huanghuai Plain.These rural settle-ments lack planing in the whole,lack convenient transportation conditions,and land resources are wast-ed seriously.If we plan and govern the rural settlements,we can improve peasants’living environment,protect limited land resource,have profound benefit and developing strategy.Planing and governing need the government policy decision and get the understanding and approval from the peasants.
