摘要
在草莓,朱蕉,香石竹试管苗的生根培养基中,添加0～1.0mg/L的黄腐酸试验,黄腐酸对三种植物试管苗的生根都有明显的促进作用,利用黄腐酸生根的试管苗练苗移栽时的成活率都有很大的提高;在三种植物试管苗练苗移栽的基质中浇入100mg/L的黄腐酸溶液,其练苗的成活率都明显地高于清水处理。
To make experiment, add 0 - 1.0mg/1 fuirc acid to the rooting medium of strawberry, Cordyline termninalis kunth and dianthus caryophyllus plantlets in vitro,the rooting of this three kinds of plantlets in vitro was distinctly promoted. The transplantable rate of surrivals of the three kinds of plantlets in vitro was increased by adding 100mg/l fulric acid to rooting medium and to the transplantable medium.
