摘要
刑讯逼供是侦查活动中的常见现象,具有极大的危害性。本文作者首先对该问题的研究现状进行了评析,然后从制度的层面分析了此现象产生的根源,并且提出了一些合理的建议。
As a common phenomenon in criminal investigation, extorting confession by torture is of great harm. Firstly, the author comments on the current research on this problem, then analyzes the causes of the phenomenon from the angle of institutions and puts forward some reasonable suggestion.
